Its not that I am not talented, its just that people around me are fantabulously talented. I was chatting with this friend of mine who was very specific that his name is not mentioned so he shall be called Lord Chubby Pruneface. So our hero is a super romantic ( bf cum bff for his gf ) spun a song out of random word.. added a tune to it in less than 10mins. The lyrics might not be fab but still, 10mins is pretty good a gangaiamaran style =) Here goes..

'Twas a good fight
I am seriously considering erecting a statue for Suresh Raina next to the Petronas Twin Towers. 4 wickets in 2 overs! What a match it was.. yes they lost but it was ahmazing and personally I felt it was a deserving win for the Victorian Bushrangers. By far, this probably was the most interesting T20 match i've seen. CSK signed off with a stunning 162 which looked little coz of the expectation they had set in previous matches. And then came the Bushrangers (thanks to Finch and Hussey) roaring them to a good score. Vijay was good but wasted to many overs. I felt Bolliger was not fully in form yest. Actually the whole team's fieling was not as firey as it always is. Muralitharan missing a catch, that definately doesnt happen often. I could keep watching the last four overs time and again. It was such nail-biting moments. 2 overs 12 runs needed for the VBs to win. Hell the 4s and the 2s were so irritating at that point. Then came the saviour angel Suresh Raina (great strategy by MS dhoni).. 1 over and 3 wickets down.. it was like celebration! haha.. almost! but they tied, yes 162 exactly so they had to bring the super over. This is the most brutal and cruel part of a cricket match. 6 balls for each team and they see how much they score. I am sure many fans just like me would have strongly violently openly objected dhoni bringing in ashwin to bowl this over. Their strongest man in Bollinger. Either him or Muttaiah would have been splendid. If he so wanted to take a chance, Raina should have been the pick. But alas, the 3 sixes at the superover takes the Bushrangers high up in the team standings. It ok the lions would roar again in the next match! love u guys :)

What is the point?
I was up till 2am yesterday searching for journals articles on adiponection. It was still alright till a peek at yahoo india. then i went seriously?? like seriously? You undergo such turmoil through your uni days and there a mba-dropout is apparently going to be the world's richest man by 2014. wth. Yes ofcourse you can pacify yourself by the whole oh-its-not-about-money arguement, but pls give it a break. at the end of the day, yes it is ALL about money. I am begining to sound like y yip. argh.

one day match in s'pre =)
As I type, I can barely keep my eyes open but it all seems worth it, every bit of it... yes it is tiring tedious exhausting but putting a smile on a person's face is undoubtedlty the bestest most satisfying thing to do =)
There will always be a few people who'll make me feel absolutely comfortable even when I am swimming under my "stars and moon" pyjamas in a ballroom filled with gentlemen in their best suits and ladies with their poise and elegent dresses *bear hugs*
On my way back, I was watching some random movie on the bus (hail the first coach officials who have added 200 new movies to the catalogue..love u guys like totally ;)) and this song is stuck in my head since. the lyrics the orchestration everything is so soothing and comforting..

what malaysia is and what singapore was not..
With all the "I am home, pamper me" syndrome I almost forgot that I had a blog till recently a very sugary sweet friend on mine reminded me of it :)
SO yea.. back in malaysia and totally loving it.. not sure for how long though... but i can see a good long year waiting ahead. We'll think about what comes next when we come to it.
Obvious reasons to love Malaysia more than s'pre :
1. Friendly rapid kl bus uncles who offer to stop the bus right below my condo just so I don't have to walk the stretch of 500m from the bus stop under the scorching hot sun =)
2. My prof, a double PhD holder, who makes yummy chocolate muffins for us 'cause we impressed her with our progress in our experiments =))
3. Flexible application deadlines (this is more for small unis rather than m'sia as whole)
4. Food, yummy finger licking mamak stall food. No words can summarize this luxury in a line. But still, I have to say that s'pre mamaks were just too clean to be mamak stalls.
5. My new friends at the spastic society who drew the most beautiful colourful and touching poster =') (shall upload it soon)
Parapappapaaaaa.. I am loving it. Indeed. more =)
