Vege-Sushi @ Shiang Hai

3 meals of goodness.

I have ALWAYS voted NO for sushi@japanese restaurant. The very idea of raw meat freaks me out. everytime. However, I have admired how they are meticulously prepared, skillfully wrapped and presented to us.

A friend of mine literally dragged me to this vegetarian restaurant in mentari plaza sunway which serves vegetarian sushi..

The pale blue ones were called orchid sushi, cant remember the other ones sorry. Surprisingly, it was good. Cruncy peanuts, fruits, bean sprouts and rice with all sort of savories and lettuces, not bad at all. A little expensive though, around RM20 per plate, but it was worth trying just for the experience sake. I would have enjoyed it better without the seaweed wrapping though. best of all.. WASABI baby! ;)

We had bak kut teh for our main dish, wasnt all that impressive compared to our sushi starters, so no pics sorry.
